Refund Policy

We know that sometimes you may wish to return your product to us so we have created this 14 day returns policy that would enable you to complete a return under appropriate circumstances. 

If you are unhappy with an item purchased with us or have a change of mind we will happily collect the item and offer you a full refund. Please read the following Terms and Conditions of returns.

All items come with a return postage charge of 50% of order value.

  1. - Please note if the bed is damaged or faulty we will exchange this for you only
  2. - Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
    (a) We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of [purchase /delivery] of the product;
    (b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
  3. No returns on bespoke products, so for example if you purchase a higher headboard this would not be returnable.
  4. No returns on our accessories range
  5. All goods must be checked on delivery, any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours.
  6. Please note there are no refunds on "Type of Delivery" which includes room of choice and assembly as this is a booked service whether this is successful or not.
  7. No return policy applies to all our luxury, accessory and ambassador range, any bespoke bed heights and modified products are non returnable
  8. Any headboard selected over the standard 50" is non returnable, we urge all customers to measure any stairs they have to ensure higher headboard will fit.
  9. No returns on mattresses due to health and safety
  10. If you arrange your own courier you are liable for any damages, we cannot take responsibility for third party couriers.
  11. Cancellations outside 24 hours will incur a £100 cancellation. Items that have been completed and have left our warehouse are entitled to no refund under cancellation
  12. Missed deliveries will be re charged £79.99
  13. Failure to complete an assembly yourself does not give grounds for a return, we can arrange a specialist 2 man delivery team at a cost of £99.99
  14. We cannot take liability for damages incurred on delivery to your property, you must take this up with the couriers directly as we use third party companies
  15. Late deliveries on the day or outside the time frame are not eligible for a return for being late
  16. You cannot reject replacement parts
  17. Mattresses come with a strict no returns and no warranty, these must be turned and flipped every 10 days for longevitiy.
  18. You cannot return items if they do not fit, it is your responsibility to measure before hand.
  19. If you modify any product the warranty no longer applies
  20. Items upgraded to storage options come with a no returns policy
  21. This returns policy does not apply to special order items or items that have been created specifically to match your requirements. Any special order items could be subjected to a restocking fee of 50%
