Shipping Information

We use a third party delivery company called SGK Distribution. Once the goods have been dispatched they will contact you directly with a delivery slot stating the date and time. This can also be tracked directly with SGK as tracking links are provided.

  1. - All orders come with a standard 10-14 working day delivery time scale. In most cases the items are with the customer in 7-10 days. 
  2. - Please note we do not deliver on weekends and our operating hours of delivery can vary anytime between 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday
  3.  Please note some areas will incur a £70 delivery charge. Postcodes incurring additional charges are AB, FK, GY, IV, JE, KW, KY, PA, EX, PH, TQ, TR, ZE (Mainland rates only)
  4. - Please provide a up to date mobile phone number as delivery information is sent via text message. 
  5. Please note if you accept a delivery slot and fail to take delivery you will incur an additional charge of 74.99.
  6. - If you are unable to accept delivery please alert us with 3 hours of receiving your confirmation text, this will prevent any additional charges
  7. Deliveries can sometimes be late or even cancelled. We are not liable if any of the above occurs.
  8. - Our logistics partner provides a specialist delivery service. Their professional delivery teams handle your goods, with great care and attention. They will deliver your goods to the entrance of your delivery address as standard; We have options for room of choice with/without assembly at checkout.
  9. Assembly is non refundable, this is a booked service and you are liable for this charge even if the assembly fails.
  10. Do not throw your old bed away before the new one arrives, we are not liable if this happens.
  11. The room the assembly is required in must be clear
  12. Delivery related issues must be taken up with the courier directly.
